Privacy notice

IMAGINIF LTD (England and Wales, company number 16939922) controls owner account and support data. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. For privacy questions and data requests, email info@tamipsa.com. Property owners control the content they publish and must have permission to share it.

Tamipsa stores owner email addresses, property content and uploaded assets to provide welcome apps. Authentication uses Supabase. Guest access uses a secure cookie when a property code is enabled. Guests do not create accounts.

WhatsApp and Google Maps links take you to external services with their own privacy policies. Optional AI import sends only the files and text you choose to the configured AI provider. Owners review drafts before publication.

Property owners control their guest content. Avoid uploading personal guest records. Owners may export their content and original assets. Following access expiry, content is retained for three months. Deletion requires a successfully sent warning at least two weeks beforehand. Contact support to request account or data help.

Why we use data

Account and service data are used to provide the service you request. Security and diagnostic records support our legitimate interests in preventing abuse and maintaining reliable service. Information required for tax or accounting is retained to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, run advertising cookies, or use AI to decide individual eligibility.

Providers and locations

Supabase provides authentication, database and private file storage; this project is hosted in Singapore. Google Workspace handles service email. Optional AI import sends your selected source to OpenAI and is configured without response storage. Akamai/Linode stores encrypted backups in Frankfurt. Providers may process data internationally. Contact us for information about provider agreements and transfer safeguards before uploading sensitive personal data.

Cookies and retention

Authentication cookies maintain owner sessions. Guest access cookies remember a property code for seven days and can be removed through browser settings. There are no marketing or analytics cookies in the app. Property content remains exportable after access expires. Automatic retention deletion is currently disabled; request deletion through support. Backups are encrypted and retained for recovery; deletion requests must also be tracked against backup retention.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restrictions on personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We verify identity before disclosing account data. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner or your applicable local authority. Guest requests about a property’s published content should also be directed to that property.
